1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ph666 account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph666 employs automated and manual processes to detect multi-accounting and will close all duplicate accounts, withholding any associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and a valid payment method registered in your own name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ph666 promptly of any changes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a National ID Card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time ph666 deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

3.3 Account Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the member's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ph666 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ph666 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph666 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within the timeframe stated for each payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 5.3 Currency

All transactions on the ph666 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ph666 does not charge currency conversion fees for transactions in BDT. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are beyond ph666's control and are your sole responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph666 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry periods are stated in the specific promotion terms and are binding.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be used systematically to guarantee profit (bonus abuse).

7 Gaming Rules

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at ph666 covers a wide range of markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international test series), football, kabaddi, hockey and other sports. Bets are accepted on pre-match and in-play markets subject to availability. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the ph666 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, changed or reversed after confirmation, except where the specific market rules permit cash-out or where ph666 voids the market.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph666 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud or use of the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions in a manner that constitutes abuse.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any ph666 content without express written permission. 11 Limitation of Liability
